Marketing isn’t complicated. Don’t make it harder than it needs to be.


Step 1: Create Something Great

Good marketing can’t save a bad product. If it’s not great or actually shit, either fix it or find something great to sell. The best products crush one thing. The worst ones try to do everything and nail nothing.


Step 2: Add Some Magic

Marketing isn’t just selling the product; it’s about selling the vibe. Take Apple. Their ads? Stunning. Their packaging? A thing of beauty. The product? Equal parts performance and story. That’s your job. Promote the experience, not just the specs.


Step 3: Be Unstoppable

Most brands are painfully predictable. Look around, it’s the same colours, same words, same boring vibe. Don’t be them. You’re the neon zebra in a stampede of grey donkeys. Stand out so boldly that no one can compare, no matter how hard they try.


Step 4: Punch Up. Stay Classy.

Don’t waste time on smaller competitors. Why? It reeks of insecurity. But when you go after bigger ones, you look bold and fearless. Be David against Goliath. Respected, not petty. Punching down makes you look like you’re out of ideas.


Step 5: Sell Value, Not Discounts

Cheap isn’t clever. Sell them on why you’re worth every penny. Break your value down so clearly that it’s undeniable. If people don’t get it, they won’t buy it. Keep it so simple a kid could explain it. No one pays for confusion.


Step 6: Simple Ads Work

Good marketing doesn’t need a riddle. Say it straight. Say it sharp. Be clear first, clever second. If people don’t get it in five seconds, it’s already failed. Don’t waste cash on being abstract. Make them look, make them care, make them act.


Step 7: Love the Process

If you’re not having a blast, you’re doing it wrong. Marketing isn’t a chore; it’s a stage. Bring energy. Bring personality. If you’re bored, your audience will feel it. Pour excitement into it, and you’ll drag them along for the ride.
