Here are my top tips for managing a team remotely

( or any project, business - this is probably the way it will be for a while )

I guess like you, the thought of another ZOOM call or whatever makes your spirits dip.

It started off as fun, but it saps your energy and it's really hard to focus.

But it's the way it's going to be for a long while so together with my mentor Cole, we've put together some tips to get the best out of managing your teams remotely.
