Here's how to find your best organic posts!

A VERY under-used and EASY way to find your best performing posts based on the most important thing, engagement.

Here's how to do it:

• Head over to Page insights (on the page, not creator studio)

• On the left, hit 'Posts'

• Scroll until you find Engagement etc.

• Organise by 'Reach: Fans/Non Fans' and 'Engagement Rate'

You're looking for above 7% to be awesome on the Engagement rate, and the reason you want to organise the other column by Fans/Non Fans, is because that will give you an indicator of the most important trigger to the elusive algorithm - Shares.
