Are you an impulse buyer, or do you take your time?

I'm working on a new campaign for a client right now and putting together what is known as a Funnel Marketing strategy.
What this effectively does is start telling a story about your brand or business over several stages and a period of time.
So if you are a hot lead or an impulse buyer you will make a buying decision at the start or the base of the funnel.
And if you take your time, hopefully as you get the messages and the story builds up you will buy further up the funnel - get the idea?
This strategy works real well in many campaigns we run - especially in lead generation campaigns.
