Even with an online presence, touchpoints matter

Creating an experience to allow people to truly embrace your brand is as important as your branding, marketing, product and distribution. Without creating the experience, no one can truly engage with the essence of your brand and know what it feels like to really experience what you're about. There are many brands that stay one - dimensional, going for straight up PR or expecting their social media to do their work of spreading the word.

WRONG!

Experiences get your customer one step closer to a purchase.

So right now, a great way to create more touchpoints is with a pop up shop experience - an opportunity to shout out and get real customer feedback. I have a few clients who are looking for spot on locations right now so get back to me if you have any free space or venues.
