You want to be The Kiche: Noun; King of a Niche.
Creating your niche, going deeper into it and really taking ownership of your space in that niche is a sure fire way of being a big fish in a small pond. It is always better to be a big fish in a small pond than a small fish swimming around getting lost in a big one!
Focus on your niche and if you can satisfy that market, THE STORY will spread and your Business, Your Brand has a real chance of scaling up fast.
So, draw a picture of who your perfect customer is, how you can really deliver what you sell and how it will satisfy his needs. Now you have your Niche.
