In marketing, the active voice is better to use because it is much more direct and the sentences generally shorter.
" The man kissed the girl" - active sentence.
"The girl was kissed by the man" -passive sentence.
The difference is to locate where the doer is in the sentence. Before the verb - active, after the verb, passive.
So force your reader to take action, shorten your sentences with a verb.
